WVVV-FM Official Contest Rules
1. You must be at least 18 years of age or older and a legal U.S. citizen.
2. All winners are responsible for taxes and other fees associated with prizes won.
3. Winners agree to not hold WVVV-FM, Seven Ranges Radio Co., Inc., it’s subsidiaries or advertisers liable for damages caused from or in conjunction with any and all prizes won.
4. Contest winners may not have won any prizes from WVVV-FM within the past 30 days.
5. Contest winners MUST pick up prizes won within seven calendar days at the office at 1627 Rosemar Road in Vienna, WV or the prize is forfeited. Food items must be picked up within two days.
6. Employees and immediate family members of sponsor locations and Seven Ranges Radio Co., Inc. are ineligible to register at any time.
7. For contests using an entry form, ALL parts must be filled out, including age, or the entry will be immediately disqualified. Maximum one entry per person per sponsor location per day.
8. Winner agrees to allow the use of their name, audio recording, photograph and any other likeness obtained in the use of on-air promotions associated with the contest before, during and after promotional period.
9. Any prizes, including tickets, certificates, or otherwise, that are labeled not for resale are not for resale in any fashion, including online. Seven Ranges Radio and its promotional partners reserve the right to deactivate or reject any prior unauthorized resold merchandise.
10. The contest period will be made known through on-air contest advertisements and at v969radio.net.
11. Seven Ranges Radio Co., Inc. may substitute any prizes at any time for a prize of equal or greater value.
